2Account Registration & Eligibility

Registration Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Each person may register only one account. Multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or mobile number are strictly prohibited.
• Your name, date of birth, and mobile number must all be entered accurately at the time of registration.
• Accounts cannot be transferred or sold to anyone.

KYC Verification

For withdrawals above a certain amount, betsgames may verify your identity via National ID (NID) or passport. This is entirely for your own security.

3Deposit & Payment Policy

Depositing at betsgames is simple and completely secure. You can add funds via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer.

• The minimum deposit ranges from BDT 100 to BDT 500 depending on the payment method.
• Deposits are usually instant — funds appear in your wallet within 15 minutes at most.
• Betsgames charges no fees on deposits. Any charges from third-party providers (Mobile Pay, Nagad) are separate and applied by them directly.
• You must include your correct User ID in the payment reference when making a deposit.
• Deposits through third parties are not allowed — funds must be sent from an account in your own name only.

4Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals at betsgames are simple and fast. Funds typically reach your mobile wallet within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

• Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 200.
• Standard members have a daily withdrawal limit of BDT 50,000.
• KYC verification must be completed for withdrawals above BDT 5,000.
• Betsgames does not charge any fees on withdrawals.
• Withdrawals may be held if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a mobile banking account registered in your own name.

5Bonuses & Promotional Offers

General Bonus Terms

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after wagering them a specified number of times. The wagering requirement for each bonus is listed on its respective page.
• Bonus Validity: Most bonuses are valid for 7 to 30 days. Once expired, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Bonus Abuse: Claiming the Welcome Bonus multiple times — whether by multiple members of the same household or from the same device — is not allowed.
• Referral Bonus: You can earn a bonus by referring a friend. However, self-referrals using multiple accounts are a punishable offence.

6Betting Rules & Limits

There are specific rules that must be followed when placing bets on betsgames.

• Minimum bet amounts vary by game — from BDT 10 on slots and BDT 20 on Sports Betting.
• Once a bet is successfully placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, betsgames reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• The cashout feature is only available on select matches and at specific times — not on all bets.
• If a connection is lost during live betting, the outcome of the bet will be settled based on the actual match result.

7Prohibited Activities

Betsgames is committed to maintaining a fair and secure platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using software, bots, or any automated method.
• Strategically hedging bets with the intent to circumvent bonus terms.
• Using betsgames for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access another member's account.
• Knowingly exploiting system errors or glitches.

8Account Closure & Suspension

Betsgames reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account during any investigation or in the event of a rule violation.

As part of our responsible gaming commitment, you may request a temporary suspension or permanent closure of your account at any time. Once a self-exclusion request is submitted, no new bonuses or promotional offers will be sent during the exclusion period.
